Terms of Service
General
> Commissions will ONLY be on VGen
> Please send any reference, character, pose, and description of your characters
> I'd like to post the completed artwork on my socials (low quality and with a watermark), but you can ask me not to do so
> I have the right to refuse a commission if its beyond my capabilities
> Do not ask me to mimic another art style
Commission Process & Delivery
> Sketches and progress will be sent to client for approval before work is continued:
(3 revisions per phase)
- Sketch phase: Revisions can be made (pose adjustment, clothing, expressions)
- Lineart phase: Minor evisions can be made (pose adjustment, clothing, expressions)
- Flat colour and shading: minor revisions can be made (adjusting colours and shading)
- Final render: No revisions will be made> Artwork(s) will be delivered as PNG and JPG/JPEG images (in a .zip file)> An estimate deadline for delivery is 1 week to 1 month depending on difficulty and queue
> You will have to let me know your preferred way of receiving the file
Use
> All commissions are for personal use by default
- However, an additional fee will be charged for commercial use of the artwork(s)
Intellectual Property Rights
> If posting the artwork(s) on social media, credit would be appreciated
> Please do not use the artwork(s) for AI and NFTs
> Do not alter the artwork(s) or claim that you are the creator of the commissioned artwork(s)
Payments and Refunds
> Upfront, full payments only (commission will then begin)
> Refunds will only be issued during the following:
- During and NOT past the sketch phase
- If I am unable to complete the commission
Communication
> Responses will usually be within 24 hours (unless some kind of issue arises)
